Referral terms & conditions

Tier amounts are cumulative totals, not additive. When you reach a new tier, we top up the difference between your new tier and gift cards already issued.
01What counts as a qualified referral
We send rewards once your referral has settled in: signed up with your link, 3 months as a paying customer. It keeps the program fair and the rewards generous.
02When and how rewards are issued
Once a referral qualifies, your reward is on its way within 30 days. Gift cards arrive as Woolworths digital gift cards in your Marbles account inbox, and merch ships anywhere in Australia.
03Exclusions and fair play
A few common-sense ground rules: you can't refer yourself, your own businesses, or accounts set up just to collect rewards. If something looks like gaming rather than a genuine referral, we may hold back the reward. And each referred business is credited to one referrer - whoever's link they used first.
04General
Rewards are yours to enjoy but can't be swapped for cash or transferred, and gift cards follow Woolworths' own terms. We may tweak or wind up the program as we grow - but anything you've already earned, we honour. The program is run by Covalent API Pty Ltd under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
